各位国际学生：
All international students:
为保障全体国际学生的健康安全，根据《内蒙古大学关于做好新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控工作的通知》要求，学校推迟2019-2020学年春季学期的开学时间，具体开学时间和相关工作安排再行通知。现将相关事宜通知如下：
According to Notice of Inner Mongolia University on prevention and control of epidemic situation of new coronavirus, to ensure the safety of all international students, the university has decided to postpone the opening time for all students for the upcoming spring semester. The specific opening time of the spring semester start date and related work arrangements will be notified separately. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1.请已经离境回国的国际学生不要提前返校。
1. All international students who have left China shall not return to the university in advance.
2.请已经离开学校公寓在呼和浩特市内居住或在国内其他城市旅游探亲的学生不要提前返校。如有特殊情况，请提前告知国际教育学院留学生办公室老师商定返校事宜。
2. The international students who have left campus apartments to live in Hohhot or travel around China or meet friends outside Hohhot shall not return to the university in advance. In case of special circumstances, please inform the teachers of international student affairs office in advance to arrange the return to school.
3.请目前在校内居住或在中国境内停留的我校国际学生充分加强个人防护，减少外出，远离传播风险。尽量减少病源接触，避免到人群聚集的地方去，避免近距离接触有流感症状的人，避免接触野生动物。注意个人卫生及防护，勤洗手，多通风，不随地吐痰。咳嗽或打喷嚏时，注意遮挡口鼻，出行佩戴口罩。保证睡眠充足，生活有规律，注意保暖，加强锻炼，提高免疫力。如有发热、乏力、稀便、呼吸道感染等症状，第一时间向国际教育学院留学生事务办公室老师报告，及时做好诊治和登记工作。
3. Those who stay in university should take measures protect themselves. Try your best to reduce contact with the source of disease and the frequency of going out. Avoid going to places where people gather. If go out, please wear a mask. Avoid contacting with people with flu symptoms or wild animals. Pay attention to personal hygiene and protection. Wash hands and ventilate frequently. Do not spit everywhere and remember to cover the nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze. If go out, please wear a mask. Ensure yourself enough sleep, live a regular life and keep warm. It is essential to exercise more to improve immunity. If you find yourself catch fever, with fatigue, cough or other related symptoms, please contact the teachers of international student affairs office. Timely diagnosis, treatment and registration.
4.目前在校内居住或在中国境内停留的我校国际学生可以申请回国，需履行请假手续并告知学院返程信息。回国后，请及时关注学校通知，与国际教育学院留学生事务办公室老师保持联系。
4. International students who are currently living on campus or staying in China may apply to return to their home country after completing the leave procedures and informing the college of their return information. During their stay in home country, they should follow the notice released by the university and keep in touch with the teachers of international student affairs office.
5.请及时关注内蒙古大学国际教育学院网站、微信公众号发布的正式通知。
5. Please follow the updated information released by the IMU and ICE website and Wechat Official Account.
6.正确对待新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，认识到疫病可防可控，要做到不懈怠、不恐慌，不信谣、不传谣，争做卫生健康文明的传播者，积极宣传新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情的防控知识。
6. Please keep proper attitude towards the epidemic situation of new coronavirus pneumonia. It is rational to realize that the epidemic can be prevented and controlled. Don’t be slack, panic and do not spread rumors. Everyone should promote the knowledge about prevention and control.
